Phase 1 - Warm Up
In our consultation phase, we delve into your current situation, what's going well and what's not, to pinpoint your pathway to success
Phase 2 - Build the Base
We start implementing training adaptations allowing you to reach your potential whilst developing your knowledge, so you build awareness of your nutrition, training and recovery
Phase 3 - Pre-Comp
In this phase, we are preparing you for your event, adding in the finer details ensuring you're in your best shape come race day
Phase 4 - Race
As your event approaches, we take the guesswork out of everything - from your warm up routine to your fuelling, so you can focus on your race and getting that next PB!
Phase 5 - Cool Down
Here we reflect on your race/training and develop our strategy to help your stride towards your next success!
