What is Co-Fit?
Fun and challenging - we run different sessions each week
Co-Fit is a 60 minute running class dedicated to helping you get fit and have fun whilst doing it.
Our sessions are suited to everyone. We have members of all abilities and you can run at your own pace or challenge yourself - it's completely up to you but we will be with you every step of the way!
Improve your fitness and overall health - Co-Fit is designed to help you get fitter whatever your level
Educational - I'll teach you why and how certain structures will benefit your running experience
Access to a running coach - I can provide guidance on both your fitness and nutrition
